In recent years, with regional integrated seabed resource exploitation continuing to expand, offshore oilfield power systems have gradually become networked, forming an multi-platform interconnected system. this paper, a two-level optimization model for system structure is developed. The lower-level uses minimum cut-load cost that considers load priority calculate the outage losses of all N-1 fault conditions. reliability assessment method helps achieve balance between economy and reliability. Additionally, simplification based on graph theory proposed, it maximum flow (MCMF) algorithm optimize grid narrows problem's solution space. At end modeling, parallel global taboo search used reduce computational time improve probability finding optimal solution. Investigations real verify accuracy model, algorithm.
